If your item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, you can initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery through the “Orders” section on our website or contact our support team.
Note: We cannot offer returns or exchanges for products that simply don’t meet your expectations.
If the product is not delivered:
- Refund Initiation: If you cancel your order before it is shipped, the refund process will begin immediately.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
If the product is damaged or incorrect:
- Refund Initiation: If your item is damaged or incorrectly delivered, you can initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery through the “Orders” section on our website or contact our support team. Refunds are processed after the item has been successfully returned and passed our quality check.
- Refund Timeline:
- WallMantra Wallet: Instant.
- Online Refund: 7 to 10 days post refund initiation, depending on your bank partner.
Note: It is important to note that WallMantra starts the reimbursement process either when the return item is been picked up or after it has been received and successfully goes through quality control. Thus, depending on how long it takes the courier partner to deliver the return to a WallMantra warehouse, the refund initiation time may change. At its sole discretion, WallMantra may ask you to send us a screenshot of your bank statement if there are any problems about your refund.
Custom-made products, including accent chairs, shelves, center tables, and temples, are not eligible for returns.
We generally do not refund the original shipping cost, as it’s a service provided to deliver the item to you. However, if the product is not delivered, or if you receive a damaged product, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be credited to your Wallmantra Wallet.

We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard delivery typically takes 4-7 business days, while express delivery takes 1-2 business days for orders placed within Delhi and 2-4 business days for orders placed outside of Delhi.
