We understand that online purchases may not always meet expectations, and we are committed to providing a straightforward return, refund, and exchange process. Please carefully review the product details before confirming your order.
Wrong Item / Damaged Product/ Incomplete Product:
If you receive a damaged product, a wrong item, or an incomplete product, we offer the following options:

Upon receiving your notification, we will schedule a return pickup. The returned product will undergo a thorough quality check conducted by our trained technicians, who will document its condition with photos and videos. If the quality check confirms that the issue is our responsibility and the product is unused and in its original packaging, we will process your exchange or refund.
In the case of incomplete products, we will ship the missing parts after verification.
Didn’t Like the product or quality / Size not as per requirement / Changed my mind / Don’t need anymore:
We strive to ensure the highest quality for our customers. As art products, slight variations in appearance and finish are inherent. The colors displayed on our website are as accurate as possible, but screen variations may occur. For handmade paintings, minor variations are expected due to the nature of the work.
We provide detailed product information to assist customers with their selections. If the product you have received is correct and without damage, we do not accept return or replacement.
For canvas paintings with floating frames, occasional misalignment of the corners may occur, typically during transit or unboxing. Please arrange the corners of the floating frame as needed. It can be reshaped, and the frame will return to its original form.

Order Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement without any extra costs. To cancel, go to “Orders” in “My Account” or email support@wallmantra.com. Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be canceled.
Exclusions:
The above policies do not apply to furniture items (tables, chairs, etc.), hand-painted paintings, or custom orders. These items are final sale and non-returnable. For hand-painted items, cancellations must be made within 24 hours.
Custom Product Orders:
Custom products are created per your specifications and are non-refundable, non-cancelable, and non-exchangeable. They can only be replaced if you receive an incorrect or damaged product. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of custom order specifications and must approve a digital or physical proof before production begins. COD is not applicable for custom orders.
Bulk Orders:
Orders exceeding INR 15,000 are considered bulk orders. Bulk orders are non-refundable. Only defective or damaged items within a bulk order are eligible for replacement, not refund. “Defective” and “damaged” refer to manufacturing defects or transit damage. Customers must thoroughly inspect all items at the time of delivery.
Any issue related to damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be entertained. Estimated shipping timelines for bulk orders will be shared at the time of order confirmation.
